Welcome to the Ringed City

Rheasilvia has been a little project of mine since my group started our last DnD campaign. The basic idea was to create a ringed city from which all my characters can originate from.
The name "Rheasilvia" came from a location on the Dreaming City from Destiny 2. Turns out Rhea Silvia is a Romman(?) goddess AND a name of a comet (hence Comets). This fit perfectly with my favorite flavor of SciFi, and with our plan to run through Phandelver and into Spelljammer. Much of the inspiration for Rheasilvia comes from Asimov's Foundation, Card's Ender's Game and Pathfinder series, and Dune.
I could ramble on a bit more, but I'd rather save that for the other pages I've created.
